Responsibility: Created/designed and Maintained –   www.ppelearn.weebly.com

Problem Solved: Due to the pandemic, our school needed a way to connect with students virtually and have a single place to find all resources and communications. Our district did not provide an LMS for elementary schools so I developed a website to house lessons, links, instructional videos, and communications to maintain a strong connection to students and their families. Staff page is available at ppelearn.com/staff – passcode ‘ppe’.

Tools Used: Weebly, Youtube, Camtasia, Canva, and a bazillion screen shots

Training Materials

Camtasia

During the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020, schools were scrambling for ways to work remotely with their students. Every day was a new tool or process as our district rolled out platforms and software as efficiently as they could. My responsibility was to make sure our staff was able to get the basics quickly. I was often developing training at night and then running support during the days. Camtasia was my best friend for creating tutorials in an hour or two and publish them for the staff the next day. This is a sample of one of those training videos.
